For group bookings (4 rooms or more in a reservation) we need 10 days advanced notification for changes or cancellation. We charge the first 2 nights when cancelled within 10 days of arrival.

Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 3 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first two nights will be charged.
Children and Extra Bed Policy: All children are welcome. Extra beds are not available. There is no capacity for extra beds/cots in the room.
Deposit Policy: No deposit will be charged.
VAT and city/tourist taxes: 6 % VAT is included. Service charge is not applicable. 5 % city/tourist tax per person per night is not included.
Internet: No internet access available.
Meal Plan: Breakfast is included in the room rate.
Parking: No parking available.
Pets: Pets are not allowed.
